電解說明

1. Filtration -The internal advanced filter removes chlorine, impurities, odors, and sediments as small as 5 microns.

2. Electrolysis -The filtered pure water passes through multiple layers of *electrolytic plates and membranes, becoming acidic and alkaline respectively.

The H+ hydrogen ions in the water react with the cathode (the negatively charged electrode) to form molecular hydrogen H2. The residual OH- hydroxide ions make the water around the cathode more alkaline. Conversely, the hydroxide ions near the anode (the positively charged electrode) transfer electrons to the anode, ultimately forming O2 (oxygen). The residual hydrogen ions make the water around the anode acidic. The two types of water are separated by a membrane and released through different hoses.

*The numbers depend on the machine model.
